We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive
Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and our team.

Responsibilities- Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in our CRM.
- Coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production, and installation teams.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented responses.
- Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Train and supervise call center staff as needed.
Requirements- We are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office software.
- Skilled in coaching front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Supervisory experience. Minimum of 1 - 2 years.
