Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler is responsible for moving, storing, and distributing materials and products throughout the warehouse or production facility while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize and store materials in designated locations.
- Supply production lines with materials as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience and certification are a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Schedule: Full-time, overtime as needed
Pay: Based on experience
