Network Support Technician Level IIImage Tech | Wixom, MI | Full-Time | We’re hiring an experienced
Level 2 Network Support Technician to handle escalated desktop issues and manage multi-vendor network environments. If you’re self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and enjoy solving tough technical problems, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Act as the top escalation point for desktop and end-user support (a major part of this role)
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls from multiple brands (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.)
- Resolve complex network issues, including VLANs, VPNs, routing, DNS/DHCP
- Manage your ticket queue and projects to completion on time
- Apply security best practices and help keep users and systems protected
What You Need- [5+] years of IT support experience, including Level 2/3 work
- Advanced networking skills across multiple hardware vendors
- Strong Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
Nice to Have- Kaseya VSA or N-able N-Central experience
- Cybersecurity knowledge (strong plus)
- Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar certifications
- MSP experience
