We are seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to oversee our subacute and ventilator unit.

Responsibilities:
• Lead daily unit operations and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure quality care for subacute and ventilator-dependent residents.
• Coordinate with respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, medical providers, and the nursing team.
• Oversee assessments, care plans, documentation, and discharge planning.
• Communicate with residents and families and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain infection control practices and compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:
• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Subacute and ventilator/tracheostomy care experience.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.
• Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred.
