Compensation:

$99,500+ commission


Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Leverage our innovative tools and resources to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Myrtle Beach area.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support at every step.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that highlight property features and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique selling points.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating offers and contracts, maintaining ethical standards throughout.
  • Familiarity with the Myrtle Beach real estate market and local property trends.
  • Ability to leverage innovative tools and resources to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process.
  • Experience in conducting property showings and open houses, effectively highlighting unique property features to potential buyers.
