Retail Customer Sales Consultant

Our Sales Consultant role is the first point of contact for our customers and is one of the most valued positions in our company! Responsible for providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, information and just a friendly face representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity with all interactions! This role is entry level so no experience is required, we provide all training! With this being a retail role, it is also on site only. No remote or hybrid positions available!

Job Responsibilities

• Update existing accounts and/or create new customer account set up
• Assist with customer inquiries, product knowledge & proper follow-up
• Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' account
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Present marketing presentations and meet weekly / daily sales quotas

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team
• Great communication at all levels with customers and teammates
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation - this role is on site only - no remote, no hybrid
• Must be able to pass a background check
• A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
