What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up and running custom, one-off parts and complex repair jobs.
- Operating both Haas CNC machines and traditional manual lathes and mills.
- Taking full ownership of your work: setting up your own parts, tools, machines, and work pieces from scratch.
- Working on cool components across a wide variety of industries.
What You Need to Succeed:
- The Skills: Fluency with dial calipers, indicators, and tape measures (including decimal equivalents).
- The Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
- The Experience: Proven experience independently running BOTH CNC and manual machines.
