Electrical Assembler II
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Our employees work on the world’s most advanced electronics.

Skills Required:
Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education
Skills Preferred:
• Assemble parts for electromechanical equipment
• Hand Soldering, connector installation, and epoxy application Experience to IPC Class 3 standards a Must.
• Selective Solder and High Volume Wave Soldering experience a Plus.
• Experienced with AOI and AXI (X-Ray) inspection to IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 experience desirable.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, process plans, and drawings
• Production accuracy and quality driven
• Works in a Clean Room environment
• Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. IPC-A-610, J-STD Certifications Desirable
