The Data Entry Specialist will process financial records in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, using spreadsheet software to complete batch processing accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the Data Entry Supervisor, this role supports reliable database and document management through precise numeric keying, verification, and file organization.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial records using numeric keying.
• Process high-volume batches of data efficiently.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors.
• Process and organize documents and files.
• Maintain databases and update records.
• Use spreadsheet software for daily data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry experience.
