Looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager who wants to be more than just the person putting numbers together. What You'll Do
- Lead preconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting through GMP and turnover to operations
- Work directly with owners, architects, and design teams throughout the preconstruction process
- Drive value engineering, risk analysis, and cost planning
- Develop conceptual and detailed estimates
- Lead subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope reviews
- Support negotiated work and design-build pursuits
- Mentor and help develop preconstruction staff
- Play a key role in winning projects and maintaining client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial construction preconstruction/estimating background
- Experience leading complex projects and client-facing meetings
- Ability to develop budgets at every stage of design
- Strong financial and cost-analysis capabilities
- Experience with Procore and estimating software is a plus
- Leadership mentality with a relationship-first approach
- Someone who enjoys both building projects and building trust with clients and trade partners
