Project Manager

Looking for an experienced commercial HVAC and Plumbing Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing multiple mechanical and plumbing projects from start to finish. Typical projects include multimillion dollar commercial, multifamily residential and renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, schedules, purchases, submittals, change orders, requestions and RFI’s
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Daily communications with Krick field personal to ensure project workflow and quality
• Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and specifications
• Attended project meetings and site visits.
• Maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing project management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and Raken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
