Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM | 8-Hour Shifts | 4–5 Shifts per Week | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Pay Rate: $1,460–$1,553/week

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, strong medication administration skills, and the ability to document care accurately using PointClickCare (PCC).

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license.

• Current CPR certification.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

• Availability for night shifts and every other weekend.

• Ability to document patient care using PointClickCare (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor residents' conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility protocols.

• Document assessments, interventions, and changes in residents' conditions.

• Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals.

• Follow infection prevention, resident safety, and documentation policies.
