Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Assemble components and products
- Work on the assembly line, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality standards.
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Palletizing, labeling and wrapping pallets preparing for outbound shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not required.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
