Sticker Coven is a sticker manufacturer providing high-quality printed products to artists and businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a Print Production Associate to join our growing team. This role is the heart of Sticker Coven. Every sticker we print is checked, counted, and packaged by a human.
Comprehensive training in every aspect of this role will be provided on the job.
What You’ll Do:Large Format Printing:
Load files into ONYX RIP software and ensure that the correct settings are applied for the substrate
Manage printing workflow
Preform regular daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on our large format printers
Finishing and Cutting:
Laminate sheets and rolls of stickers
Load sheets and rolls of stickers into cutting machine, ensuring the correct settings are applied for each sticker type
Regular maintenance on laminators and cutting machines
Quality Checks and Shipping:
Pop out stickers from sheets and inspect for print and cut quality, dust specks, etc.
Count and package stickers for shipping
Experience in a similar role (print shop, digital printing, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of ONYX RIP and large format printer operation
Familiarity with basic printing terms
Keen eye and great attention to detail--we pride ourselves on only shipping the highest quality stickers!
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
Bonus: experience in sticker, large format, or high-volume production
