Job Description
Precise Staffing is seeking an experienced Print Production / Bindery Operator to join a growing production team in Chandler, AZ. Candidates with previous work experience at Staples Print or a similar print shop are highly encouraged to apply!
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with print finishing, bindery operations, and handling printed materials in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform binding, laminating, folding, cutting, and mounting of printed materials.
- Operate print finishing and bindery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Prepare, organize, and package completed print jobs.
- Follow production instructions and meet daily deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working at Staples Print or a similar print shop is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with binding, laminating, folding, cutting, and mounting is required.
- Knowledge of print production and finishing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle printed materials as needed.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
