We've spent the last 15 years becoming an established multi-disciplined firm primarily focused on Southern California TK-12 educational design. You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings.
Qualifications:
- Architect licensed or pursuing
- Revit
- Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents
- Client communication experience
- TK-12/DSA or HCAI experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- This position will be exposed to a broad range of architectural projects from planning and design inception through construction completion
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with project team, consultants, and clients
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and design
- Prepare complex architectural construction drawings for new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects
- Maintain project schedules, cost projections, and budget estimates
