Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for traveling to client sites to service odor eliminating units in industrial and commercial facilities. The role involves planning and executing service schedules independently with guidance from leadership, and providing technical support to customers both onsite and remotely.

• Travel to client sites to service odor eliminating units.
• Plan and execute service schedules independently.
• Provide technical support to customers both onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems including Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Perform electrical wiring and service work.
• Work with motors, fans, blowers, relays, and timers in industrial controls.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repair tasks.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, particularly Allen Bradley and Siemens.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring and service work.
• Previous experience with motors, fans, blowers, relays, and timers in industrial controls.
• Ability to travel 80% of the job across Eastern and Southern US.
• Strong customer-facing skills to provide direct service during client visits.

• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Mechanical repair and maintenance expertise.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rising Sun, IN.

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $73000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
