Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: 600 Summit Drive Burlington MA USA
Duration: 12 Months +
Shift: Hours 6am-3pm
Pay rate: $28/hr on W2
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship products to distribution centers and other locations using SAP
- Complete daily Goods Issue (GI) and maintain shipping documentation.
- Receive intercompany products, raw materials, and semi-finished goods using SAP and Ariba.
- Create inbound deliveries and update vendor batch numbers and Country of Origin.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, quantity discrepancies, and documentation issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
- Manage inventory transfers, stock levels, barcoding, and distribution of received materials.
- Maintain shipping and lab supplies, assist with packaging, inventory counts, and other warehouse activities.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable DOT/IATA shipping regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP; Ariba.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to wear required PPE and perform physical tasks, including lifting.
