What you'll do

• Serve as first chair on complex real estate litigation matters.
• Provide expertise to the real estate transactional group.
• Handle commercial, partnership, and joint venture disputes.
• Supervise and mentor mid-level and junior litigators.
• Develop and grow client relationships with colleagues.

What you bring (required)

• Dedicated focus on real estate litigation.
• Meaningful first chair trial experience.
• Active bar admission in New York.
• Experience representing financial institutions or REITs.
• Ability to fulfill an annual billable hour requirement.
