RN Weekend Supervisor

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a Weekend Supervisor, overseeing the care of our patients on weekends. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and services, and that our staff are equipped to provide the best possible support. Your duties will include:
• Leading a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional patient care, while ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Monitoring patient progress and identifying areas for improvement, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in long-term care.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of facility policies and regulations, with the ability to enforce compliance and ensure quality care.
