BCForward is currently looking for Account Receivable in Phoenix, AZ 85012

Job Title: Account Receivable

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85012

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties include:

• Benefit Calculations: Accurately process complex retirement, survivor, and account adjustments.
• Data & Compliance: Ensure data integrity and apply IRS regulations to all payouts and reporting.
• Analysis: Research and verify financial transactions, reporting systems, and
• member information.
• Member Support: Communicate with employers to verify documents and resolve inquiries.
• System Management: Utilize computer systems to retrieve data and process payments outside standard systems.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Financial Expertise: Knowledge of ASRS statutes, IRS regulations, and automated disbursement systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and relational databases.
• Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities for high-volume, deadline-driven work.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for professional correspondence.
• Some college preferred but not required

Required Skills

• Proficient in Excel

Preferred Skills

• Financial Institution or Bank Experience
• Some account receivables or processing experience
