Position: Standing Reach Truck Operator

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $20.50/hour

Experience: Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or order picking experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Standing Reach Truck Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform order picking, packing, and preparation of shipments.
• Handle shipping and receiving processes, including working with carriers.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed.
• Read and follow pick tickets, work instructions, and shipping documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in counting, labeling, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Position Requirements:

• MUST have experience with stand-up reach trucks.
• Ability to safely operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
