Data Entry Analyst- Heavy Data Entry and Research

The Data Entry Analyst will manage heavy data entry and investigative research involving financial and transaction data. This role focuses on accurately entering, verifying, cleansing, and maintaining records while updating databases and supporting quality assurance using spreadsheets and shared drives.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial and transaction data accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct investigative research to validate and complete records.
• Verify data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Maintain and organize records using spreadsheets and shared drives.
• Cleanse data by identifying and correcting errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Perform quality assurance checks on entered and researched information.
• Update databases and shared data repositories with current information.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry and research.
