Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving deliveries as needed
- Kitchen Operations
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining high health standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Work collaboratively and efficiently during high-volume shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Experience with stretching dough is a plus
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work independently, follow directions, and stay motivated
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and food quality
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
