Location: Available to work at all three locations as needed 32940, 32937, & 32935
Pay: $15.00
About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused
Pack & Ship Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
This position involves assisting customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, and other store-related needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Process domestic and international shipments accurately
- Pack fragile, valuable, and oversized items safely and securely
- Measure and weigh packages and enter shipping information accurately
- Assist customers with shipping options, packaging, and related services
- Process incoming and outgoing packages and mail
- Operate POS, shipping, computer, and printing systems
- Prepare labels, documents, copies, scans, and other customer requests
- Maintain accurate records and follow store procedures
- Handle cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Follow all company policies and shipping procedures
- Protect customer privacy and confidential information
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and general store duties
- Be willing to work assigned weekdays and weekends as needed for store coverage
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, shipping, or packing experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer and typing skills
- Ability to learn shipping software and store systems
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to lift and move packages as required
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment

Schedule
The store operates on a customer-service schedule, and employees may be scheduled on
weekdays and weekends based on business needs.
Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and work the shifts they are scheduled for. Availability will be considered when creating schedules, but store coverage and business needs must also be accommodated.
