Wilshire at Lakewood & Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center
Full-Time | Float Position Between Two Facilities
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Float Project Technician with professional painting experience to support painting, facility maintenance, room renovations, and improvement projects at two healthcare facilities: Wilshire at Lakewood and Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center. (Facilities are only 15 minutes from each other)
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys completing a variety of projects. The primary focus of this role will be interior painting, room renovations, paint preparation, touch-ups, and general facility improvement projects.
Previous painting experience is required.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to travel between both facilities based on project needs.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFloat Painter Requirements:Previous professional painting experience is required.
Experience with interior painting and surface preparation.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Reliable and dependable attendance.
Ability to work respectfully in a healthcare environment around residents, families, and staff.
Experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, renovations, or facilities maintenance.
