West Palm Beach, FL
Full-Time | Day Shift | No Weekends

Compensation - $38.52 - $55.20 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Associate Degree or higher
BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification (within 30 days of hire)
Fingerprinting required
Recent Behavioral Health experience in an Acute Care setting is REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Behavioral Health Unit
  • Supervise and support nursing staff
  • Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate patient care plans and interdisciplinary teams
  • Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
