Remote Work Is Part of the Job

Once you successfully complete your 45-day training, you'll work 100% from home.

You'll have the flexibility of working remotely while still being part of a professional, collaborative, high-performance team.

You'll start your career with paid, in-person training at our Bothell office so we can give you the foundation, tools, and support needed to succeed.

Employees must reside within a 100-mile straight-line radius of our Bothell, WA office throughout their employment.

Get Started With Paid Training

We want to set you up for success from Day 1.

You'll receive paid, in-person training. You'll learn the industry, our systems, negotiation techniques, compliance requirements, and the skills necessary to build a successful career in collections while getting paid to learn.

After successfully completing training there are new employee bonus opportunities to help you hit the ground running.

Uncapped Earning Potential

This isn't a traditional hourly call-center position. You'll earn an hourly base wage PLUS uncapped commissions, allowing your performance to directly impact your income. Once again, you are paid on your performance, not the performance of others.

• $68,000–$135,000 was the average total pay range for agents in their 2 year of tenure
• $125,000–$300,000+ was the average total pay range for agents with 2+ years of tenure
• Our top performer, doing the same work as you, earned over $310,000 in 2025
• UNCAPPED commission potential

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with consumers to help them understand their accounts and identify appropriate resolution options.

• Contact consumers
• Review and investigate account information
• Listen to consumers and understand their individual circumstances
• Negotiate payment arrangements and other resolution options
• Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence
• Use problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome obstacles
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Accurately document interactions
• Follow applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Provide a professional, respectful, solutions-focused consumer experience but focused on client results

This isn't simply a call-center job. You'll have real conversations, solve problems, negotiate solutions, and work toward measurable results. You dictate your results; others will not dictate for you. If you succeed, we succeed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with people from a wide range of backgrounds
• Ability to negotiate, solve problems, and manage challenging conversations
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection for remote work: minimum download speed 15 Mbps and minimum upload speed 3 Mbps
