Competence Engineer

Title: Competence Engineer

Contract: 1 year – possibility to full-time conversion

Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm onsite

Job Description:

Tests laser systems and validate manufacturing processes. Functional tests, optical alignment, equipment calibration, station setup and process development support. Recommend changes in design, methods, and procedures to enhance product quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics desired.
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong engineering, technical, and physics fundamentals.
• Experience working with precision optical components is desirable.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting skills
• Hands on functional system testing
