The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, personable Accounting Associate to join our finance team. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll keep our financial operations running smoothly while building hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting functions. It’s a great fit for someone who values both precision and personality.

What You’ll Do

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time
• Process payroll and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
• Complete and reconcile expense reports
• Support the Controller with month-end close, financial reporting, and special projects
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Pitch in on other accounting functions as the business grows and evolves

What You Bring

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear communication and a collaborative spirit
• Discretion with confidential information
• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Most of all, a positive attitude and real enthusiasm for being part of a service-oriented team

Bonus Points

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Background in hospitality, events, entertainment, or other service-oriented businesses
• Prior experience with payroll, AP/AR, or general ledger accounting

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience

In addition, we also have an extensive full-service event planning division - Twelve24 Events - which plans, produces, and manages all types of events, from small intimate gatherings to weddings and large corporate and non-profit events.
