We are looking for skilled, dependable Welders who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. If youre confident with welding equipment, comfortable working with your hands, and ready to be part of a fast-paced production team, this could be a great opportunity for you!

• Perform welding and fabrication work on components used in the boat manufacturing process
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, measurements, and work instructions
• Set up and operate welding equipment and related hand and power tools
• Measure, fit, position, and secure materials prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and appearance
• Grind, clean, and finish welded areas as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Work closely with production team members to meet quality and production goals

• Previous welding, fabrication, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools
• Comfortable using grinders and other hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a production environment
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• to safety practices, and timely completion of projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
