What We Pay
- Flat rate up to $45/hour for A-level techs top performers earning six figures
- B-tech range: $25–$35/flat hour
- C-tech / Lube & Tire: $18–$25/hour with a clear path up
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus half on hire, half at 90 days
- Production bonuses for hours flagged
- Guaranteed hourly base while you build your flat-rate book you don't starve waiting for work
We run real volume. More cars on the lot means more hours flagged for you. Our techs aren't sitting around.

Who We're Looking For
We hire at all three levels. Tell us where you're at and we'll meet you there.
- A-Techs: Diagnostic killers. You own the hard tickets nobody else wants.
- B-Techs: Solid all-around. Brakes, suspension, maintenance, light diag you keep cars moving.
- C-Techs / Entry: Hungry and reliable. Oil, tires, inspections, and ready to learn. We'll train you up.
Requirements
- Your own tools (appropriate to your level)
- Valid driver's license and clean-enough driving record
- Reliable attendance show up, that's most of it
Nice to have (not required): ASE certs, Hyundai/import experience, state inspection license. Don't have them? Apply anyway we train.
