Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of stylists to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Drive a customer-first culture through high-level service and authentic styling
• Hold team members accountable and provide consistent feedback and coaching
• Own the store’s daily operations, merchandising, and inventory
• Partner with leadership on promotions, events, and local outreach
• Build strong client relationships and grow your local clientele
• Champion visual merchandising and ensure the store always looks its best
• Communicate store performance and opportunities to upper management

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience meeting goals and leading a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail
• Confidence in problem-solving, coaching, and time management
• Comfortable with change, flexible, and solutions-driven
• Experience in boutique retail or women’s fashion is a plus!
