About the Role -We're seeking a high-impactDirector of Operationsto lead and scale specialty pharmacy programs within leading health system partners. This is aP&L-owning, operator roleat the intersection of healthcare delivery, strategy, and growthideal for candidates withconsulting, private equity, or investment banking backgroundswho want to drive tangible outcomes.

You will serve as thestrategic and operational leaderacross partner sitesowning performance, developing growth initiatives, and ensuring best-in-class patient care across complex clinical environments.

What You'll Own

• Full P&L ownershipacross assigned health system partnerships
• Leadday-to-day operations, including oversight of in-clinic pharmacy liaison teams across multiple specialties (e.g., oncology, rheumatology, transplant)
• Drivestrategic growth initiativesidentify opportunities, build business cases, and execute in partnership with health system leadership
• Act as atrusted advisor to hospital executives, influencing decisions at the VP level and above
• Ensure delivery ofexceptional patient outcomes, access, and satisfactionacross the specialty pharmacy continuum
• Build and executeaccount plansto expand and optimize partner performance
• Leadcross-functional collaborationacross clinical, pharmacy, and corporate teams to improve workflows and outcomes

How You'll Lead

• Manage, coach, and develophigh-performing, multidisciplinary teams
• Create a culture ofownership, accountability, and patient-first thinking
• Translate data into actionidentify trends, solve problems, and continuously improve operations
• Deliver clear, executive-level updates and insights to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or healthcare operations
• Bachelor's Degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
• Proven ability toown outcomesin complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong track record ofleading teams and driving performance against financial and operational KPIs
• Highlyanalytical and data-driven, with experience building business cases and influencing senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindsetcomfortablerolling up your sleeves and executing
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting toexecutive audiences
