Teller

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Bank Teller to provide exceptional service while processing daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, debit card services, and other banking needs. This position also supports daily branch operations, maintains accurate records, balances cash, and follows all Bank policies, security procedures, and BSA/AML compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• One year of teller experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle cash accurately, and follow Bank policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
