Receiving Coordinator

The Receiving Coordinator reports to the Warehouse Manager and oversees the accurate, timely receipt of general merchandise. Managing approximately 25–75 shipments daily, this role uses ERP, warehouse management, and barcode or RFID systems to maintain inventory accuracy, complete documentation, coordinate with vendors, and resolve receiving discrepancies. Opportunities for growth include Inventory Control, Logistics Coordination, and Supply Chain Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound receiving activities for general merchandise.
• Process approximately 25–75 shipments each day.
• Update inventory records accurately in ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Use barcode or RFID platforms to track and verify received goods.
• Prepare and maintain receiving documentation.
• Coordinate shipment details and delivery issues with vendors.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between shipments, purchase records, and inventory.
