Assembler

Join our dynamic production team where you will have the opportunity to work on the shop floor across three different departments. As a Production Team Member, you will be cross-trained to fill in as needed, ensuring a versatile work experience.

• Assemble computer rack systems using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and air guns.
• Handle racks ranging from 3ft to 7ft tall and ensure they are customized to client specifications.
• Load and unload manufactured parts onto the paint line, utilizing 'Team Lift' for larger components.
• Prepare unfinished parts by grinding and deburring metals.
• Organize finished parts for the assembly department and assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform basic warehouse duties as required.

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Exposure to using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective team collaboration.

• Entry-level candidates are welcome if they demonstrate a willingness to learn and are sharp.
• Ability to understand and follow mechanical assembly processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
