Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Operations, Program Management, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Experience supporting RFQs, pricing, margin analysis, and complex customer issues.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costs, pricing, and profitability.
- ERP system experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams without direct authority, manage competing deadlines, and recognize when leadership involvement is needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Epicor ERP.
