Leasing Consultant:
A Growing Real Estate Management Company is seeking a qualified individual as a Leasing Consultant for a multifamily property in Grand Prairie, TX. Position offers competitive pay and benefits.

General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the leasing process including new and existing lead generation and followup, conducting property tours, closing prospects, and completing proper paperwork.
- Frequently walk the property to inspect the tour corridor, common areas, and vacant apartments to ensure they present well to prospects, residents, and visitors.
- Use property management software platform to track leads through the leasing and move in process.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the community including the lease agreement, all property policies and procedures.
- Conduct competitive market surveys.
- Understand and abide by all Fair Housing Laws and local standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of property related marketing materials/strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the property in a professional manner.
- Perform other tasks typical of a Leasing Consultant.
