Title : Rep 2 – Customer Order Management
Location: Vernon Hills, IL 60061 (On-site)
Contract Duration: 03+Months
Education: High School Diploma required
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and expedite customer orders.
- Research and resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, and disputes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
- Communicate with customers and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Work with multiple software systems to manage customer requests and order information.
- Support reporting and day-to-day order management activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience or familiarity with SAP.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service, order processing, or order management experience is preferred.
Important: This is a fully on-site contract position in Vernon Hills, IL. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site.
