Service Manager-Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems

Seeking an experienced, hands-on Service Manager to oversee field repairs and service operations for commercial kitchen exhaust systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee repairs and troubleshoot technical issues in the field.

• Manage technicians and coordinate daily service operations.

• Visit job sites and provide hands-on support.

• Ensure quality work, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate schedules and resolve service issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial kitchen exhaust systems, HVAC, mechanical services, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience managing field technicians or service teams.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in field operations.

Compensation: $90K+ plus bonus, depending on experience.
