Cybersecurity Policy Analyst

Responsibilities:
? Review, consolidate, develop, and maintain cybersecurity policies in coordination with Government stakeholders
? Assess IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
? Ensure policies appropriately balance cybersecurity and operational mission requirements
? Interpret and support implementation of DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures
? Recommend updates based on evolving cybersecurity requirements
? Provide technical support and guidance to programs implementing cybersecurity policy
? Coordinate cybersecurity policy development with Government stakeholders
? Brief senior leadership on cybersecurity policy changes, updates, and progress
? Support organizational compliance with applicable DoD cybersecurity requirements

Qualifications:
? 7+ years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience
? Experience supporting DoD implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes
? Ability to interpret technical cybersecurity requirements and translate them into policy guidance
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to brief senior Government and organizational leadership
? DoD Top Secret clearance
? Eligible for IT-I Critical Sensitive / Tier 5 (T5)
? Personnel assigned as members of CERT must maintain CSSP Analyst certification
