As a Host/Hostess at Gersi RVA, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and making them feel at home.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Answering phone calls and providing information about our menu and services.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

We’re seeking someone who brings both professionalism and a friendly demeanor to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to stay organized and handle busy periods with ease.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
