We are seeking qualified individuals for the role of Plant Manager to manage our facility in Seneca, SC.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with technical plastic injection molding process, quality, tooling, and materials management systems.
- Environment is fast-paced, action-oriented, and high-energy.
- The individual must have high-level organizational and time management skills to balance time and priorities.
- Position is responsible for the overall efficiency, safety, and profitable operation of the facility.
- Requires coordination of all production floor activities, including scheduling needs, toolroom, and equipment maintenance.
- Candidates must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain an effective team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Manufacturing 5 years
- Management Experience: 5 years
- Plastics injection molding: 5 years
