Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

C&L Ward is hiring Warehouse Associates and Delivery Drivers! Join a team that has helped Michigan homeowners improve their homes since 1972. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in keeping materials organized and projects moving.

Two Opportunities Available:

Warehouse Delivery Driver: Perform warehouse duties and deliver building materials to residential jobsites throughout Southeast Michigan. Daily responsibilities vary between delivery driving and warehouse work, a valid CDL B license and DOT physical card is required. Compensation: (20.00/hr. - 26.00/hr.)

Warehouse Associate: Focus on receiving, organizing, preparing, and loading building materials while keeping the warehouse safe and orderly. A CDL driver's license is NOT required for this position. Compensation: (16.00/hr. - 19.00/hr.)

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class B driver’s license

Valid DOT Medical Card

Clean and approved driving record

Ability to pass a background check (required for employment)

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing 45 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation

Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
