Advanced Dental Care in Provo is looking for a motivated, hard-working, and committed part-time General Dentist to join our team two days a week. Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A motivated, hard-working, and committed General Dentist

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program, with an active or eligible Utah dental license

Strong clinical skills across comprehensive general and restorative dentistry

A team-first mindset and genuine care for patients and colleagues alike

Reliable availability every Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Benefits

COMPENSATION

Compensation is structured as a negotiated daily guarantee, with the opportunity to grow into a fully collections-based model:

First 6 months

The greater of (i) a negotiated daily guarantee per full workday, or (ii) 30% of net monthly collections

After the initial 6-month period

30% of monthly collections up to $50,000

35% of monthly collections in excess of $50,000

Exact daily guarantee amount to be negotiated with the selected candidate based on experience.
