Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized Accounting Manager with in-depth experience in the home building industry. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate billing, job costing, and compliance with vendor, purchaser, lender, and regulatory requirements. Manage all vendors A/P, with construction lien law best practice application.
Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable
- Job costing
- Client billing
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Payroll processing and payroll reporting
- Provide project budgets reporting complete month and year end financial management reporting.
- Maintain vendor files, W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
Qualifications Required- 4 year accounting degree
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Construction accounting experience with major national and or regional home builder
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT interface
- Advanced user shall in QuickBooks accounting
- Ability to work independently
Compensation: A salary range of$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, dependent on skill set, knowledge, and aptitude. Resumes must include detailed employment history. Academic background, and earnings record
