Laser / Turret Operator - 2nd Shift
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $22-$27/hour (DOE)

We are seeking a skilled Laser / Turret Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This position is ideal for someone with experience setting up and operating laser, turret, or CNC equipment who takes pride in producing high-quality parts and ensuring accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate laser and turret equipment to produce parts according to print specifications and quality standards.
- Identify, load, and unload raw materials using manual lifts, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
- Utilize InspecVision scanning equipment for quality verification.
- Assemble, disassemble, and sharpen turret tooling.
- Perform nozzle alignment, focus lens cleaning, and laser maintenance tasks.
- Complete laser/punch zero coupon checks at the start of each shift.
- Set up and operate automated sheet loading systems.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures.
- Conduct height calibrations and focus lens adjustments.
- Fully operate and set up EMLK and/or Apelio equipment.
- Verify quality of parts produced by other operators and complete ERP process verifications.
- Perform routine quality inspections and ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 6-12 months of experience setting up and operating laser/turret equipment or experience as a skilled CNC Machinist with setup responsibilities.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
You should be proficient in:
