Sub Teacher Source partners with school districts to provide dependable substitute teachers when regular educators are unavailable. Our mission is simple: help ensure students continue receiving a quality education every school day.

We are hiring flexible, dependable Substitute Teachers who are available to work throughout the week. We have a particularly high demand for substitutes on Mondays and Fridays!

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment
• Adapt to different grade levels and school settings
• Follow all school and district policies

Qualifications

• At least 30 college credit hours
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Dependable, flexible, and punctual
