Job Description

We are currently hiring motivated individuals for all shifts to join our team in General Production, Machine Operation, and Warehouse roles. These positions play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production or warehouse tasks.
• Operate basic equipment or machines (training provided).
• Load, unload, move, or organize materials and products.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, or move materials during the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Experience in production, packaging, or warehouse environments is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

You will be working inside a manufacturing/production facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
